Dr. Raymond Landes

BOARD-CERTIFIED COLORECTAL SURGEON

Dr. Landes grew up in the Chicago suburbs. He attended Northwestern University for his undergraduate studies, then completed his medical degree and surgical residency at the University Of Illinois College Of Medicine. He completed his colorectal fellowship at William Beaumont Hospital-Royal Oak.

He is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Landes’ interest in colorectal surgery arose from his exposure to his father’s career in general surgery, but he preferred specialize in a single surgical discipline. He enjoys the broad range of colorectal topics including cancer surgery, endoscopy, laparoscopy, and anorectal surgery.

Dr. Landes’ wife is also a physician. They have two lovely daughters. Dr. Landes is a pilot and is also active in music playing French horn.
