Dr. Lynch received his medical degree from Wayne State University and performed his post doctoral training at William Beaumont Hospital. He is a fellow of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons, as well as a past President of the Michigan Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons.
Dr. Lynch developed an interest in the prevention and cure of colon disease after his father developed colon cancer before his 50th birthday. That experience continues to drive him to encourage all of his patients to take advantage of the cancer screening methods available today.
Currently Dr. Lynch is the Senior Vice President, Physician-in-Chief at William Beaumont Hospital, Troy, where, in addition to the patient load he manages, he is active in hospital administration.
Dr. Lynch devotes what little spare time he has to his family, with whom he loves to travel.
